This firm has Notaries Public on staff for the convenience of our clients in accordance with Florida Law. Notary Public services are provided in English and Spanish. A notary in Florida is NOT the same as a Notario or Notaria in spanish speaking countries with a civil law system where they must be a lawyer. A Florida notary is not authorized to give legal advice unless that person is also an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida. Attorney X.L. Cruz is admitted to Florida Bar and licensed to practice law in Florida as well as New Jersey. The Law Office of X.L. Cruz, PLLC can not only notarize a document for you but can address legal issues and questions.
Translations from English to Spanish and vice versa are also available to clients of this firm and have proven vital in the preparation and review of documents submitted to Courts and USCIS on behalf of our clients.
