As an attorney Mrs. Cruz has worked representing medical providers in obtaining payment from Insurance Companies for services rendered to patients involved in auto accidents and has also worked on the defense side in the investigation of possible fraud claims on behalf of Insurance Companies. Having worked in conjunction with in house and outside counsel, insurance subrogation departments, and for insurance companies regarding liability, indemnification and contract issues, we will bring our experience in the evaluation of claims to the table as we go through your injury case and evaluate your loss.
